Over the Muddy and Through the Fields

to Grandfather's house we go.
We come everyday to Barney's Cafe'
I'll take a Sloppy Joe!
Over the highway and through the dip
Oh, Grandpa does despise
when kids get rough and mess with stuff
Then blood pressure starts to rise!
Over the Muddy and through the fields
to Grandmother's house we drive
Can kids stick around while we go to town
just for an hour of five?
Over the highway and through the dip
That there's an S-U-V
Don't fall in love with it because
it's leaving with us next week!
