Happy Birthday Charlie!

Charlie celebrated his 49th birthday while on the Mexican Riviera Cruise. There's no better way to enjoy a birthday than being on vacation! We went to a Tex-Mex restaurant on the ship and were joined by Wayne & Melissa and Vicki & Shane. He was serenaded by the waiters at the restaurant on the night of his birthday as well as the following night in the main dining room when everyone ate together.

Charlie is a fun person to be around and is such a kid at heart! He loves to play and explore and enjoys living life to the fullest. Charlie is currently working at City Center in Las Vegas installing acoustical ceilings. He also serves as Priest Quorum Advisor in the Young Mens at church.

He loves cheeseburgers from O'Aces Grill (thanks Wayne and Melissa for taking him out last Saturday) and hot wings at Timbers ($.35 wings on Wednesdays is his new weekly tradition) as well as a nice juicy home-grilled steak. I like to believe he also loves his wife's cooking and homemade bread.

Charlie has a great sense of humor and is a good sport with most things. He loves to travel and looks forward to visiting our friends in North Carolina hopefully next year sometime. He loves riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and feeling the wind in his face (bugs in his teeth!).
